Canan Delevi: Türkiye; I love food,i used to eat it for fun,for sad times,for happy moments or just because i was watching a movie and a chocolate or two or 5 would go with it perfectly.Duhh!! I said i used to,because learned many disgusting things about what we're consuming everyday and knowing that,i couldn't keep eating those awful things even though they taste amazing!Since then,i try to eat to fuel my body for its needs.I learned that you should not mix your emotions with your food.And i know it's not as fun as it used to be but i learned making my food interesting or easy or colorful or whatever i need that day depending on my mood.I still believe in cheat meals and treats as long as you can stop yourself afterwards.I sometimes have 2 months of cheat days and sometimes 6 months of"i don't deserve a fruit"dicipline.I am still trying to work it out, and i try not to get bored so i can keep this healthy lifestyle for a long time.I also like sports.I like kickboxing, walking near the seaside, pilates, ab lessons, zumba and whatever class i can find around. So hello and you're welcomed to my journey.
